When will my order ship?

Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and international orders within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. DHL/USPS final delivery (where applicable) is estimated to arrive in 5-10 business days. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe. 

Made-To-Order/Pre-Order products are shipped based on the time frames of product development, which will be specified on the product page.

 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Because we begin processing orders immediately after they are confirmed, we are typically unable to make changes to the shipping address once the order is submitted. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase, especially if using a payment method with a pre-filled shipping address, such as Apple Pay or Shop Pay.

 

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. For orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam, the flat rate is $22 due to geographic considerations. International shipment rates will vary depending on the destination. If your country is not available during checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.

Shipping costs may increase from the flat rate based on product weight. Final costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, we reserve the right to cancel the order to avoid any delivery issues.
